In this role, you will be responsible for management and oversight of operational, technical, and administrative activities within an assigned territory. You will lead and collaborate with Division Managers to accomplish service delivery, quality control, project management, equipment and manpower allocation and growing client relationships.

- Flexible and reliable with 24/7 availability for emergency service calls, including weekends and holidays.
Experience:
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in the railroad industry, including at least five years of direct work with Class I railroads.
- Extensive, hands-on expertise in rerailing operations, freight car repair, load adjustment/transfer, and track maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) regulations, including permitting for overweight and oversized loads.
- Well-versed in Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) regulations and adherence to standard operating procedures for safety and compliance.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent walking and standing on uneven terrain, including ballast and other rough surfaces.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Regular physical activity including bending, twisting, stooping, standing, and walking for prolonged periods.
- Occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds; heavier loads should be reduced or lifted with assistance or mechanical aids when possible.
